Outside the Chancellor Mansion
Chase is standing by the vintage rolls Royce as he turns
around having hung up on Ryder Carter and sees Victor staring him down.
Chase: Oh, it’s you again.
Victor: Your damn right it’s me again. I told you I didn’t
like you and now I know you’re up to no damn good!
Chase: You don’t have any idea what you’re talking about old
man.
Victor chuckles.
Chase: The only Victor Newman I know is the one newly released
from jail and broke as a joke. Is there another Victor Newman I need to know
about?
Victor: You better not hurt Nikki.
Chase: Or what? What is big bad Victor Newman going to do?
He says bating Victor. Victor steps closer into Chase’s
personal space and continues his half smirk yet menacing stare at Chase not
blinking.
Chase: Your looks don’t scare me sir.
Victor: They better had. I will squash you like a bug under
the heel of my boot. Don’t you mess with Victor Newman. I am going to get my
family and empire back. Don’t you try anything with Nikki you got that!
Chase: Is that a threat Mr. Newman? You must like jail.
Chase then steps to the side of Victor and walks back up to
the house.
Victor turns around with an annoyed face staring at Chase as
he enters the house.
He pulls out his phone and types in Chase Lassiter in a
search box on the internet.
Victor: Chase Lassiter you say? I say fraud. And I’m going
to get to the bottom of this.
Victor looks at his phone and it says no search results found
for Chase Lassiter.
Victor: Time to take it to the next level.
Victor pulls out his phone and makes a mysterious call as he
approaches the house.

The crowd gathers in the living room as Mac takes the
podium.
Chase grabs a seat next to Nikki.
Chase: How do you feel m’lady?
Chase: I do. Listen when this thing is over let’s say I
drive you out of town and you and I grab a nice dinner and a few drinks.
Nikki looks at him and smiles.
Nikki: Sounds great.
Jill who was looking on rolls her eyes.
She whispers to her son Phillip who sits next to her,
“Nikki
is dating her driver. Times must really be hard.”
Phillip: Mom that’s her business.
Meanwhile Victor stands in the back of the room also looking
on at Nikki and Chase. Anger crosses his face as it seems Chase is doing the
opposite of what Victor wanted.
Mac clears her throat and looks out unto the crowd. She sees
her husband JT in the front row. He smiles at her and she smiles back. His
smile and him being there is giving Mac the strength she needs to get through
this ordeal. She clears her throat.
Mac: As some of you already know I recently lost my father,
Brock in a plane crash. I’d like us to take a moment and have a moment of
silence for him.
Mac then wipes a tear from her eye as she reminisces about
her father.
As the room is silent the doorbell begins to ring
incessantly.
Esther looks at the door and rushes over to get it and stop whomever
is ringing the doorbell in such a disrespectful manner.
She opens it and sees Kitten and Garrett.
Esther: Oh no what are you two doing here?
Garrett: It’s good to see you too bunny. We are not to late
are we?
Esther: Too late for what?
Garrett: The lottery drawing. Jack Pot!
Kitten: No, he means my aunt’s will reading. I’m here to
support my mother and I even brought uncle Karl’s ashes that my mother left
behind.
Kitten look into the house and sees Victor.
She hands the ashes to Esther and walks over to Victor.
Kitten: Hello handsome, you look important around here and
for that I must know who you are.
Kitten: I’m Kitten.
Victor: That is your real name or what?
Kitten does a little purr before she answers.
Kitten: Yes.
Karynn hears the purr.
She stands up and turns around and sees her daughter Kitten
mingling with Victor and Esther is walking towards her with Garret walking
right behind her doing a George Jefferson walk. Garret looks at all the women
and winks at all of them
They meet up with Karynn.
Karynn: Don’t you embarrass me you old troll.
Garret: There’s my Rinnie. Drunk as always.
Karynn: Don’t you dare call me that! Esther could you make me a drink I’m need
something to get through this.
Everyone one in the room looks at Kitten and Garret and
wonders who they are.
Karynn: What in the hell are you doing here Garrett?
Garrett: The same reason you are my sweet old bunny, we want
some of this jack pot.
Karynn: Never!
Garret: We’ll see.
Mac: Excuse me, we are trying to have a private moment here.
Esther can you escort the help out.
Garrett: No No No my sweet bunny. We are here on behalf of
Karynn.
Everyone looks at Garret.
Kitten to Victor: Hold that thought Mr. Power man. I must introduce
myself.
Victor: You do that.
Kitten wearing a tight leopard print attire with most of her
bosoms exposed as the outfit barely comes up over her breast walks to the front
of the room.
Kitten: Hello everyone. I’m-
Karynn cuts her off.
Karynn: Kitty Litter. This is Kitten my slutty daughter and this
extra cripsy thug to my left here is Garrett.
Everyone begins to whisper amongst them selves.
Kitten: Yes, my name is really Kitten.
Kitten does a purr.
Nina who sits on the other side of Phillip whispers
“This
is disgraceful. Waking in here dressed like that and being so loud.”
Phillip: Let’s hear what she has to say. She seems to be
family.
Mac walks over to Karynn to seek some answers.
Mac: What is going on here who are these people?
Jill: Son when are you going to be ready to talk to us about
what’s been going on with you? I know it’s something,… it looks like you’ve
lost some weight. Nina isn’t doing a very good job taking care of you.
Phillip: Mom I can take care of myself! I don’t think this
is the right time or place to bring this up. This is hard for me.
Nina listens on and wonders if Phillip is referring to his
down low life style he’s resumed again.
Chase keeps looking down on his phone.
Nikki takes notice.
Nikki: Is something wrong are you waiting for a phone call?
Chase: It’s nothing. Don’t let your pretty face worry about
anything. Everything is fine and I’m going to take care of you.
Nikki smiles.
Nikki: I like being around you. I can’t wait till this is
over with I need a drink so bad.
Chance: Still thinking about your talk with Mac?
Victoria: I am sort of. More about my son. I wonder what
kind of woman, what kind of mother am I to have made so many mistakes that I’m
fighting to get my son back.
Chance: You can’t blame yourself. Billy put you through
hell. Cheating on you with Chloe.
Victoria: I walked in on them Chance. I was so furious.
Esther confronted me about the child I basically killed.
Chance: Look you can’t beat yourself up. You and Chloe got
into it and she fell down the flight of stairs and lost her baby.
Victoria: I didn’t even know that she was pregnant. I feel
so bad. So much pain Chance. So many
mistakes.
Victoria sheds a tear as Chance wraps both his arms around
her.
Chance: It’s going to be ok Vic. I’m here for you.
He kisses her forehead.
Abby and Devon look at each other and smile.
Devon: I’m somber, but I’m ok. It’s been a long time coming.
So many things have come up.
Abby: Yea like that Karynn person torching this place down
by trying to grill hot dog using a shopping cart. I never heard of something
like that.
Devon: It is quite the story huh? I haven’t had to much time
to talk with her or get to know her. She’s my grandmother’s sister. They sure
do look alike in some ways.
Abby: Actually, your right. She also seems to like to be the
center of attention like Mrs. C. She certainly drinks a lot like Mrs. C. did.
Devon: Yes she does.
Mac waits for an answer from Karynn.
Karynn: Makenzie I’m sorry. That slutty red head over there
with barely any clothes on that’s my whore of a daughter Kitten.
Mac: Kitten?
Karynn: Yes I named her Kitten.
Garret: She certainly is the cat’s meow.
Kitten waves at Mac and then makes a meow noise.
Garret walks up to Mac and extends his hand to shake hers.
She hesitantly extends her hand.
Garret: I’m Karie’s ex-husband Garrett.
Mac: I’m sorry but this is not a costume party.
She says looking at his old suite with suspenders and white
leather shoes.
Karynn: No No Mac that Garret’s every day attire. He thinks
it’s still 1973 where he was a big-time pimp back in Louisiana. Never mind this short stinky troll. He’s only
here for money. Just like my slut bag daughter over there.
Kitten: You’re not being very nice mother.
Karynn: Don’t you call me that you ugly whore! Go put some
clothes on. No one wants to see your dirty breast.
Kitten: I don’t know Victor seems to like it.
She says as she puts her arm inside of his. Victor looks
simply amused.
Nikki takes notice of Kittens closeness with Victor.
Jill: A daughter named Kitten and an ex pimp for a husband
and you talk to them like they are trash.
Garret: Let me clean these glasses off does that man have
long hair or what is going on here.
Karynn: No It’s Jill Abbott many more last names. It’s not a
man. She just has a deeply rich voice. She could put Vincent Price to shame.
Jill: Karynn you are really low class I see why Katherine
wanted to get away from you.
Karynn says showing fire as she walks towards Jill.
Jill: You heard me you old crow!
Phillip: Mom stop.
Jill: No I will not stop! It’s time to end this charade! She’s
making a mockery out of this.
Karynn: I’ll tell you what a mockery is. My daughter having
an affair with my ex-husband here when she was 17 so excuse the hell out of me
if I am bitter with these people now Esther
grab me a beer please.
Esther goes into the kitchen to fetch a beer.
Jill is speechless after hearing what Karynn has just said.
In fact, the whole room is. Victor is as well as he kind of stands away from
Kitten.
Mac: That’s enough. Esther lock the damn doors and let’s get
this going.
Kitten: I couldn’t agree more. Oh Esther, can you get me a
glass of red wine please.
Karynn: Get it yourself your dirty slut. Esther will not be
serving you. Now come over here Esther and let’s see what my sister gave us.
Garret: Jack pot!
Everyone looks at him in disgust.
Mac walks back up to the podium and pulls out many white envelopes
with names on them.
